ClimbZone at Howell
ClimbZone is a unique indoor climbing experience for the whole family. As the mason and concrete contractor on this project, we built the masonry walls for this building with a split-face exterior, poured a 25,000 sq ft slab and laid the brick at the entrance, creating a strong, functional and striking building to be used for years to come.
The Avenue Shoppes
The Avenue Shoppes consists of 4 retail buildings that will include 21 retail stores. Perfect Concrete Construction formed and poured 14’ foundation walls, along with a slab on grade and slabs on deck for each building. Perfect Concrete Construction’s professionalism and meticulous planning ensured that every aspect was carried out expertly and in a timely manner. This shopping plaza will be the ultimate in construction and design, rendering it the go-to destination for the modern shopper.
Tashbar Educational Campus
Tashbar Educational Campus includes a 4 story concrete and block school building. This 78,000 sq. ft. facility is home to 27 classrooms, 10 resource rooms, a spacious cafeteria and full size gym. With careful planning and coordination, Perfect Concrete Construction poured the foundation, elevator pits, slab on grade and 3 slabs on metal decks, giving this building a strong foundation to educate our youth for our future.
Madison Ave Apartments
Madison Avenue Apartments will be a 5 story, 100 unit apartment building, with a parking garage on the ground level.As seen in the photos below, Madison Avenue Apartments is being built as a concrete superstructure, with strong concrete columns sustaining the load typically carried by steel. A specially designed form system was created to efficiently pour the slabs, leaving a solid and durable slab with superior concrete finishing once the forms were stripped away.
The concrete and masonry work in this building includes a foundation, slabs, stair tower shafts, elevator pits and elevator shafts.
Special Children's Center
The Center, as this non profit is commonly referred to, provides multi-faceted service programs for children and adults with complex developmental disabilities. The 1st phase of the extension being built for The Special Children's Center will house multiple classrooms and therapy rooms for the benefit of these children.
The concrete work included in this project consists of the foundation, elevator pit, interior and exterior stairs, slab on grade and 2 floors slabs on deck.
